By accessing or using AgentPayment Network ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentPayment Network provides payment infrastructure for autonomous AI agent-to-agent transactions, supporting cryptocurrency (ETH/USDC on Base), card payments via Stripe, and ACH bank transfers via Plaid.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Notify us immediately at support@agentpayment.network if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service for:
Transaction fees are charged per payment rail as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. AgentPayment Network is not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses or network failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentPayment Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
